On the 'Monitor Mixer' tab the Mixer Inputs 'WavOut (or selected input) should have 'Stereo Link' ticked and the slider raised to the top.
Select the M-Audio Mon. Mixer in the digi-mode program.
These cards have many options but I do not think this may be used with RX/TX, not without VAC and an extra soundcard.

Note Stereo Mix is not always available. If you can install a second card thenthere is a good chance it will have this facility.
If a sound system has been automatically installed by Windows then using the manufacturer's installation disc may also install Stereo Mix. (Often along with many other unwanted enhancements.)

Windows 10. I have seen reports that updates stop VBCable from working. Some say uninstall/reboot/reinstall, I have had a few occasions when it has required re configuring in Windows Audio Properties, maybe after an update.

You would have to setthe SDR program'RX Output (Speaker)' to one card. Set the digimode input to the other. Connect the Line Out (Speakers)of the first to theLine In of the second. I guess speakers may be connected to the second card.
